Damaged Goods - Nier Automata Collector's Edition Unboxing

Hey guys, I'm back with another Collector's Edition Unboxing. This time it is for Nier: Automata. Unfortunately while I am happy with the set itself, the quality of each included item is amazing with one exception. My copy arrived Damaged. When you pay so much for an item you really expect it to arrive in a timely fashion, and without any damage. I'd say this is something that happened in the shipping-delivery process but where it is located it couldn't have been as the outer box was in great shape. This is clearly a Quality Control issue where damaged units are not being weeded out of the batch and are being sent out to the consumer. After price, conversion, tax, shipping, and import costs, I've shelled out well in excess of $350 on this game and to not receive it in pristine condition makes me really angry. I haven't contacted SquareEnix about it yet but I'll have to do that and see what offer they make regarding replacement or other compensation for it. I most definitely am not willing to ship it back for replacement because I'll be dinged for the import fees when a new one is delivered to me racking up the cost of this even further. I'm curious to see if this was an isolated incident or if it is a widespread issue than I realize.
