Hey everyone, I'm back again for a VEDA Catch up blog. Aside from streaming it's been pretty quiet lately, My bathroom flooded 3 days in a row which sucked in so many ways, my wife has be re-making all of my thumbnails to give my channel a more cohesive style, I'm looking at some artists to do some work on new channel branding, working with the wife to do some shiny new overlays for my videos, and TRYING to get OBS to work with my camera, microphone and PS4 streaming correctly with the Elgato. It has been brutal. I can't seem to get Game audio through to OBS when using the headset but when I use speakers my microphone picks up the tv and I just discovered that a few of my Horizon videos have some echo from that. I've put Horizon on the back burner until that can be fixed. I've been looking into some rewards programs for people who watch my streams as I really do enjoy giving back to the community when I can and I think it could be a lot of fun. I hope that some of you have been checking out my streams and enjoying the content. In case you missed it here are my live streams for VEDA day 18-27! A little late but it's been a hectic couple of days, Wishing everyone of you a Happy Easter! Hey there, I finally got my unboxing for Persona 5: Take Your Heart Edition up and I hope you'll check it out. It was quite the trial to get my copy from Amazon.ca and they had orders with all kinds of issues ranging from payment issues, all the way to being cancelled outright. It was a frustrating ordeal but if I'm completely honest this is the kind of thing I have come to expect from Amazon in general lately. Maybe I'll make a video about that sometime, because this is not the blog post for it. Anyhow, this Collector's edition is stunning. The artwork is beautiful, the quality was impressive and the price for what you get was more than acceptable. Hi again! I just learned about a YouTube challenge called VEDA, which is where people commit to Vlogging daily or uploading a video daily for the month of April. I think this is a very cool idea and while I know I can't commit to Vlogging daily specifically (I am seriously just not that interesting!) I am for sure going to do my best to upload a video or stream every day this month. While I have a few ideas, the videos I'm going to upload won't have any theme or specific rhyme or reason to them, it'll just be whatever I happen to feel like doing that day. I hope you'll stop by on a regular basis to check out what I've got going on and be sure to click subscribe and the bell icon to be notified quickly of new posts. For day #2 I'm finally posting the unboxing for my Horizon Zero Dawn Collector's Edition. I got the video filmed right away but just got behind as far as editing. My wife is slacking at editing and I'm still learning how to use Premiere Pro so it's slow going on my end, plus real life seems to be getting in the way lately.
